oe Braithwaite has been working in the Performing Arts industry as a
Performer, Entertainment Manager, and Costume/Concept designer for over fifteen years.
After studying dance at the Conservatorium, Lismore in 1997, Zoe and
her performance partner Abigail Portwin created the performance company
Performing in London, Portugal, Spain, Ibiza, and Hungary, Invisible
Surgery became Fireflys in the year 2000 when they returned to
Australia and collaborated with three other women performers.
After performing on two and a half metre stilts in the Opening Ceremony
of the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and working in Hong Kong, Malaysia,
Singapore and around Australia, Fireflys disbanded in 2003 with each of
the women pursuing her own particular performing skills.
At this time Zoe created her own organisation, Outrageous
Entertainment, which combined her skills as a performer, entertainment
manager and costume and concept designer. Since that time, she has performed and managed entertainment in the
Middle East and China and created costumes for large scale
events in Singapore.
Skilled in Stilt Walking, Stilt Acrobatics, Costume design , Juggling, Capoeria, Balloon Bending, Dance, Acro Balance,
Fire Dance, Butoh, Face Painting, Clowning, Hat Manipulation and Yoga,
Zoe produces innovative stage shows and interactive concepts for adults
and children in a variety of settings from community to corporate.
Zoe continues to study new aspects of performance so as to be inspired
herself and to inspire others. Her drive in life is to create and she
is fortunate to be in a profession she loves and which allows her to
achieve many of her life’s ambitions.

Zoe Braithwaite is a facilitator, Australian sports commission community coach, performer, costume designer, body artist, and much more; with over 15 years of professional experience in the industry, she specialises in bringing people together.
Catering to Corporate, private and public events, children and adults, Zoe ignites events thru her team experience based learning experiences which are innovative, original and inspiring.
All programs are guaranteed to provide an exciting, diverse and relevant mix of both creativity and play.
Programs are designed also to strengthen communication within the team in order to emphasise each and every member by understanding each others skills and needs to effectively and efficiently achieve the team’s shared goals.
When it comes to Circus and Yoga, Zoe is a certified Adult and Kids Yoga Teacher, Theatrical Circus Performer and Trainer who teaches and performs a combination of Circus and Yoga with Adults, Teenagers and children.
Her experience has included working with Sydney, interstate and international communities, and more recently since moving to the Central Coast several years ago, teaching with Steiner, Circus Stuff, Brophy’s Circus Academy, Simone’s Dance School, Yoga Aid Sydney, Mind and Body Expo, Yoga and Music Festival , After School Care Centres (Springfield, Woy Woy, Greenpoint and Erina Heights), Woy Woy Peninsula Centre, YogaWays, Yogalates and Yoga Harmony and more.
Zoe also holds certificates in shiatsu, chi gung, reiki (master level), dance, and has studied a wide range of Circus, Dance and healing modalities over the last 15 years.
